Rapid Problem Resolution method
What is the Rapid Problem Resolution method (RPR)?
We are often asked "How do you solve problems? What makes you think you can get any further than my team?" The answer is that solving problems is a skill in its own right - not just an extension of being a network engineer or database administrator.
Over more than 15 years, advance7 has developed the RPR method to solve complex IT problems. This is a proven, sophisticated method documented in a 78-page guide used to train our consultants.
Your staff know the background to the problem and have the local environment and business knowledge. Your supplier has (or has access to) product experts. Our consultants use RPR to provide a structured approach to work with your staff and suppliers to solve the problem.
